What happened?

Wow, I can't believe that it was NOVEMBER when I last updated this blog. Slack slack slack. So much time has elapsed, so many things have happened......nah, not really. Just thought that saying "well, nothing much has gone on, same old same old" sounds pretty boring really. Just wanted the illusion of being exciting for a few moments!

Christmas came and went, with me in hospital from Christmas eve to the 27th Dec. Not exciting. Not desirable. Not fun. Acute cholycystitis is not fun at all. Gallbladders should be outlawed.

Meanwhile my babies are as gorgeous as ever. I've got a lovely new digital camera (following the smashing of the last one - 'nuff said!) and enthusiasm for this blogging lark.

SP tells me he is READY for school. He went for 2 days at the end of last term and loved it. Especially the travel to and from on the bus. And swimming daily too.

MP started walking, YES WALKING(!) on Christmas eve. He is not running yet, and still crawls alarming quickly after his big brother. He 'hangs out' on the corners and doesn't quite make it a lot of the time! So cute.

Big C has three weeks off coming up next week. Yippee! We are going to the big smoke this weekend and taking the boys to the zoo, museum and catching up with friends. We will be doing a pile of work around the house, as well as having a few days at the beach. Then it is back to work for me on Feb 1st. We have had a lovely break (hospital experiences excepted). I have really enjoyed being at home with my wee ones.

I have been able to be creative too. I will post pics hopefully tomorrow.
